Celebrating 10 years of creating super sexy lingerie Provocative have surprised us with the jaw dropping Gold Lingerie collection which is absolutely fantastic and created with the finest high-end materials with the most exceptional quality. Introducing the Splendeur Set which is a beautiful addition to your wardrobe exceptionally decorated with French satin and romantic lace. Available in a black the bra grasps your lover's attention with the triangle shaped eyelash lace on the cups which has intricate floral detailing. The edge is protected with silicone strips due to the delicacy of the lace so that it does not rip or tear. In between this lace is the phenomenal satin which is gathered at the bottom producing a crinkled effect. Underneath this sits a non-wired under band which comes in the satin and has miraculous stitching detail. The bra is fastened at the back with a hook and eye. Included with the bra is a matching brief which at the front has a panel of the outstanding floral lace trim. The waistband gleams in the light and on the back of the brief is a chic design on the seam; a marvellous elasticated strip enables the crinkled effect pictured. Inside a black cotton gusset. The final finishing touches include a sewn in branded Provocative Gold Lingerie care label and a delightful heart tag temporarily sewn at the side of the strap. The intricate detailing makes the Splendeur Set a true wonder. Splendeur Set comes packaged in a slim light beige branded Gold Lingerie box and an outer sleeve showcasing the product imagery.

We take the delivery of your item very seriously. So to ensure your delivery arrives safely we only offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours. If you are not available on delivery a card will be posted through the door instructing you where to collect your parcel from.
Alternatively you can arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time.
If you do not collect it within 7 days it will be returned to us and additional postage costs maybe incurred.

We understand that some of our customers need discretion and this is why we always send your orders in discreet plain packaging with no mention of our company name, however please note that for delivery purposes only our return address will be shown on the reverse of the package which will enable you to identify it.

In fact, faults have been found in less than 0.001% of products that leave our warehouse. If for any reason, you are not happy we will gladly refund you subject to the 'Returns Policy' below:
All items are thoroughly checked right through the manufacturing process and checked by us again before dispatch.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we will happily refund your money as long as we receive the faulty item along with its packaging in the same physical state as when delivered within 30 days of original dispatch.
We cannot accept returns if:
- Products was shipped in perfect condition.
- Styles have been discontinued.
- Products have been worn, is soiled or otherwise unsaleable.
- Products are not in original unbroken packaging as shipped.
All returns must be agreed via email in advanced. Unauthorised returns may not be returned or refunded.

All returned items should be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and we advise you to retain your proof of postage when sending goods back to us. This is for your own safety in case the return is lost in the postal system.
Please note: The packing and postage costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the order items. Frustratingly, PayPal are no longer refunding sales fees so unfortunately we will no longer be able to refund any PayPal fees associated with your order.
On receipt of the return, as long as it is returned to us within the 30 day period, the refund will be paid back by the same method the goods were paid for initially.
