Celebrating 10 years of creating super sexy lingerie Provocative have surprised us with the ultra-seductive Poupinette collection which is absolutely eccentric and created with the finest high-end materials with the most exceptional quality. Each Poupinette item comes packaged in an elaborate shiny pink 'Poupinette' branded box and an outer sleeve showcasing the product imagery. Instead of the normal oval shape at the sides for the sleeve this collection has inverted V-shapes making this rather distinctive. A Poupinette branded tag is also attached to each item with the product code size colour and barcode followed by washing instructions. Great for displaying in your shop! One further care label with 'Poupinette' written is also sewn into the product. Introducing the Sublime Black which is a fierce two-piece set comprised of a slinky cami top and matching brief. Made from the finest French stretch lace the chest overlaps in the middle and the cups subtly produce a gathering effect. The rest of the cami is finished with this gorgeous lace at the front and on the back. At the shoulder straps sits a tiny bow on either side and these straps can be adjusted. Attached is a matching lacy brief with a small complementary bow on the front and cotton gusset on the inside. The Sublime Black set comes packaged in a branded Poupinette box with an outer sleeve to showcase the product imagery.

We take the delivery of your item very seriously. So to ensure your delivery arrives safely we only offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours. If you are not available on delivery a card will be posted through the door instructing you where to collect your parcel from.
Alternatively you can arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time.
If you do not collect it within 7 days it will be returned to us and additional postage costs maybe incurred.

We understand that some of our customers need discretion and this is why we always send your orders in discreet plain packaging with no mention of our company name, however please note that for delivery purposes only our return address will be shown on the reverse of the package which will enable you to identify it.

Our exceptional quality products and customer service commitments mean the need for you to return something to us is extremely rare. In fact, faults have been found in less than 0.001% of products that leave our warehouse. If for any reason, you are not happy we will gladly refund you subject to the 'Returns Policy' below:
All items are thoroughly checked right through the manufacturing process and checked by us again before dispatch.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we will happily refund your money as long as we receive the faulty item along with its packaging in the same physical state as when delivered within 30 days of original dispatch.
We cannot accept returns if:
- Products was shipped in perfect condition.
- Styles have been discontinued.
- Products have been worn, is soiled or otherwise unsaleable.
- Products are not in original unbroken packaging as shipped.
All returns must be agreed via email in advanced. Unauthorised returns may not be returned or refunded.

All returned items should be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and we advise you to retain your proof of postage when sending goods back to us. This is for your own safety in case the return is lost in the postal system.
Please note: The packing and postage costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the order items. Frustratingly, PayPal are no longer refunding sales fees so unfortunately we will no longer be able to refund any PayPal fees associated with your order.
On receipt of the return, as long as it is returned to us within the 30 day period, the refund will be paid back by the same method the goods were paid for initially.
